The accused has been arrested on charges of indecent assault and car breaking. It has been revealed to the media that the accused was an army officer riding the bike named M.Arasan. But the army officer also filed a complaint in the name of the actress, accusing the actress of pushing his bike by foot. Police are investigating such allegations against Payel.

Fearing harm, I naturally opened the door of the car. Then the guy came and hit the glass of my car and broke the glass.”
