Atishi will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi on September 21. Other ministers will also take oath along with him. Arvind Kejriwal had submitted his resignation to LG on Tuesday evening and Atishi had staked a claim to form the government.
Delhi CM oath ceremony is at 21st September
The Aam Aadmi Party said in a statement that Atishi will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi on September 21, along with other ministers. Let us tell you that Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena had sent the resignation of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to President Draupadi Murmu along with the proposal for government formation.
Cabinet ministers to take oath at the same day
Cabinet ministers will take oath along with Atishi. In Delhi, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gehlot, Saurabh Bhardwaj and Imran Hussain will take oath as cabinet ministers. Mukesh Ahlawat will also take oath as a cabinet minister. Delhi will get a new cabinet minister. Mukesh Ahlawat is MLA from Sultanpuri. They come from Scheduled Caste category. He will replace Rajkumar Anand. Let us tell you that there are a total of six ministers in the Delhi government including the Chief Minister. Now five ministers will take oath along with the Chief Minister. The place of a minister is still vacant who will be made in place of Atishi.
