Bengaluru Police has taken major action in the case of suicide of AI engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru. Police have registered a case against Atul’s wife and his in-laws.
Marathahalli police registered BNS against 4 people including Atul’s wife Nikita Singhania on the complaint of Atul’s brother Vikas Kumar. FIR has been registered against 4 people under section 108 and 3(5) of BNS.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
FIR has been registered against Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, brother Anurag Singhania and uncle Sushil Singhania. Marathahalli Police (Bengaluru News) investigation is ongoing.
Let us tell you that before the suicide, Atul had alleged through a video and a 24-page suicide note that his wife and in-laws tortured him and his family members by misusing the law. Subhash had said in the video, ‘My ashes should not be immersed until those who tortured me are punished.
Expressed his pain through the cupboard
According to the police, Subhash had hung a placard in his house on which it was written, ‘Justice has to be done.’ The police officer also said that before taking the step, he allegedly pasted important details on a cupboard, including his death note, car keys and a list of tasks completed by him and those still pending.
