Bigg Boss’ Winner Elvis Yadav Accused in Case Filed for Rave Party with Snake Poison

recently, a case has been filed against Elvish Yadav after snakes and snake venom were recovered from a rave party in Noida on Thursday night. Five people have been arrested and the police are looking for Yadav.

Snakes and Snake venoms are recovered from Elvish Yadav!

Nine snakes, including five cobras, and snake venom were recovered during the raids, according to the police. Elvish Yadav’s name came up when the arrested persons were being questioned by police. They revealed that they used to supply snakes to parties organized by the 26-year-old YouTuber. A First Information Report (FIR) was lodged under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and for criminal conspiracy following a complaint by PFA against six people including Yadav. The accusation is, partying at a banquet hall in Sector 51 where snake venom was made available, police said.

Divisional Forest Officer Pramod Kumar Srivastava said five cobras, two sand boas, one python, and one rat snake were found. They all fall in the category of endangered species — were rescued during the action.

Meanwhile, Elvish said that these accusations are completely fake.  Yadav said, “All allegations against me are fake, holding not even 1 percent authenticity. If even 0.1 percent truth about my involvement in the case is found, I will take full responsibility for it”. He posted a video on social media. After that, a video of Elvish playing with a snake while wrapping it around his neck went viral. Though Elvis cleared that this is a 6-month-old video.
