Priyanka Chopra, our favorite PC has abandoned her crore worth of mansion and she has filed a lawsuit against the real estate broker! But why! Reports are saying that all of these are because of dampness! Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas paid almost $20 million, which is roughly Rs 166 crore in Indian Rupees, for this home back in 2019. Now all the trouble with this house!
Problems started with Nick and Priyanka’s loving mansion! There is no way out without selling at the end.
The water damage in their residence was causing serious issues for the couple and their entire family. The water and the dampness caused issues with humidity and this caused the growth of moss in several areas of the property too! According to the couple’s lawsuit, this may affect people’s health. The mansion includes nine bathrooms with seven bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a home theater, a bowling alley, a sauna and steam room, a gym, and a billiard room. Despite all of these, the house has a damp problem, so in May 2023, the couple sued the seller of this residence. The couple has claimed that the property’s pool and spa have been having issues ever since they bought this property. Also, many parts of the house had developed moss issues and other issues as a result of the challenges with waterproofing.
Priyanka and Nick are now demanding the down payment back for the damages brought forth by this issue. Their complaint claims that they are entitled to get their money back for repairs। According to the latest reports they ought to be paid for whatever losses they may have experienced. Additionally, it is also reported that the property will require an amount of 1.5 to 2.5 million dollars to be repaired. If estimated in Indian rupees it will be roughly Rs 13 to 20 crores.
