This happened because of a complaint, which was filed by a 29-year-old woman at the GRP Bhilai-3 police station. According to the victim woman, she has been having an affair with Manoj Rajput since 2011, which is almost for the past twelve years. When their love affair started then, she was a minor. With the fake promise of marriage, the star has been sexually abusing her for the past few years. The offender accused is now taken into custody by the police under Section 376, POCSO, and 377 Act. The girl, who is the victim has revealed that the actor had consistently sidestepped her whenever it came to marriage. Now he has clearly refused to marry her after 12 years of love affair. On the complaint of the victim, the police has started investigating the case thoroughly.
