Earlier this month, the internet got blown with reports of Poonam Pandey’s reported sudden death because of cervical cancer. Later, it turned out to be a shocking publicity stunt which was created by Pandey and her team to raise awareness about cervical Cancer! But now the actress has fallen into a new problem! Faizan Ansari who is a resident of Mumbai, has now filed a lawsuit against Pandey and her ex-husband Sam Bombay ! He filed the case to the Kanpur Police Commissioner, according the the reports. Ansari has stated that Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay has created a ‘false conspiracy of death’, which has triggered many people. He has said that the actress and his husband has used the seriousness of cancer for their personal gains and they manipulated the emotions of people.
According to Mr. Ansari, Their publicity stunt has not only betrayed the trust of millions of people in the country but even traumatized the patients. They ruined the reputation of the Hindi film industry too. Poonam Pandey created all these drama only for her publicity and has played with the trust and emotions of millions of Indians and the entire Bollywood industry too. Ansari has demanded through the FIR that immediate action should be taken against Poonam Pandey and her ex-husband. Further, he urged the Kanpur Police Commissioner to issue arrest warrants against them.
“Poonam Pandey and her husband Sameer Bombay have fabricated a false conspiracy of death. Along with this, they have made a joke out of diseases like cancer. Poonam orchestrated the drama for publicity and played with the emotions of millions of Indians and the Bollywood film industry,” states a portion of the FIR.
