In an interview, he revealed that he lost 98 kg, just by following a daily routine, where he eats from 12 noon to 8 pm and nothing outside that time frame.
‘The Girl on the Train’ actress, Parineeti Chopra was once horribly overweight, her debut film ‘Kill Dil’ released in 2014, which failed to make an impression in the industry. Chopra then realized that a 26-year-old girl shouldn’t be so fat and planned to go from fat to fit within 2 years.
Alia Bhatt was told to lose 20 kg before starting the shoot for ‘Student of the Year’. Alia took up the challenge, motivated herself daily, and lost around 16 kg in 6 months. At the time he was 18 years old, he was excluded from school for being overweight. But then she began to love herself. Although she loves to eat, she has eliminated all junk food from her diet, the only food she allows is pizza. Sonakshi is truly an inspiration to many girls who are suffering from body image issues.
Arjun Kapoor, who shared the screen with Alia Bhatt in ‘2 States’. He claims it took him 3 years to lose 50 kg. Unlike other Bollywood actors, Kapoor was not always toned and heavily built, he worked hard enough to be what he is. This can be taken as a huge inspiration.

Bhumi shared the screen with Ayushmann Khurrana in ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’. Bhumi looked fat in that movie. She lost her weight only by cutting out her favorite foods and not following a heavy workout plan. All she did was follow a very healthy and natural routine like smoothies, bananas, aloe vera juice, etc.
