Following “Pathan,” Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has made his entrance with the film “Jawan.” In this movie, Shah Rukh Khan portrays five distinct roles, a topic of widespread discussion. The film has achieved a worldwide release, with high expectations for its first-day earnings. Initial figures for the film’s opening day collections have started to emerge, and while these figures are approximate, they suffice to celebrate the success of the “Jawan” film.
According to reports from Saclink, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” is projected to earn approximately Rs 140 crore globally on its opening day. If this materializes, it would set a monumental record, surpassing anything achieved thus far. No Hindi film has managed to accrue such substantial earnings in a single day, with only one film having surpassed this milestone—namely, “Bahubali 2.” “Bahubali 2” had raked in a staggering 227 crores worldwide on its first day of release.
Back To Back Blockbaster
Shah Rukh Khan continues to make a significant impact with his films. Despite a brief career setback, Shah Rukh Khan’s influence is once again being felt across the industry. Following “Pathan,” doubts lingered in the minds of many regarding whether Shah Rukh Khan could deliver the same level of entertainment to his fans within a year. However, Shah Rukh Khan has accomplished this remarkable feat, and now the actor is on track to deliver two major blockbusters in a single year, marking a resounding comeback.
High expectations from the film
If reports are to be believed, the film is expected to earn Rs 84.50 crore on its first day across all Indian languages. Additionally, in terms of overseas collections, it is anticipated that the film will garner Rs 50 crore. In total, the film’s earnings could reach an impressive range of 135-140 crores. Alongside Shah Rukh Khan, “Jawan” features Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in pivotal roles, with Deepika Padukone making a cameo appearance in the film.
