The Bollywood star couple, Alia Bhat and Ranbir Kapoor, began the renovation of their dream house a year ago. Late veteran actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Raj owned the bungalow. Ranbir Kapoor has inherited this ancestral property because he is the only grandson in the Kapoor family. But The couple made this ₹250 crore property, in their daughter Raha Kapoor’s name!

“Ranbir and Alia are equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than ₹250 crore once it’s all done,” according to a source’s saying. The source further said that this will make Ranbir Kapoor’s and Alia Bhatt’s firstborn daughter, Raha Kapoor, the richest star kid in Bollywood. “Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow as late actor Rishi Kapoor had made her the half-owner of all his properties,” has been reported. Like their personal life, Ranbir and Alia’s career is also going great.

“It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and deeply in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B-Town Bollywood. Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than ₹60 crore,” the source has added.

This star couple also owns not only 1 or 2 but 4 flats in the Bandra area and every one of them is worth over ₹60 crore. Once their renovation project is completed, it will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area which can be compared only with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. Just like their personal life, Ranbir and Alia’s careers are going great too. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in his next release Ramayana and Animal Park. Meanwhile, Director and producer, Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Alia is going to be a part of the upcoming new release Jigra.
