Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased his residential unit located in Trump Towers in Pune for rent of around Rs 4 lakh per month for three years.
He leased the property to Duroshox Company. Duroshox is a company founded by Anil Goel. His son Anshul Goel is the CEO and Managing Director of the company. Duroshox works with global original engine manufacturers. It counts among clients brands like Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Hyundai, and John Deere among others, according to the company website.
This property is located in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar. The 23-storey Trump Towers has 46 luxurious 5-BHK rooms and the carpet area of the property is 6094 sq ft.
According to a report, the tenant paid a security deposit of Rs 24 lakh, and the lease and license agreement was signed on September 15. The rent will increase to Rs 4.2 lakh for the second year. Reportedly, the monthly rent will escalate to Rs 4.41 lakh for the third year.
In 2016, Ranbir took on the lead role of an aspiring musician in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Ranbir Kapoor portrayed the actor Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic Sanju (2018). He returned to acting four years later in 2022 when he starred in Shamshera and Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva.
Ranbir Kapoor’s Bollywood career began as an assistant director to Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the 2005 film, Black. His acting debut happened two years later when Bhansali cast him as the lead in Saawariya. He has been cited as one of the most attractive Indian celebrities by the media. He was featured on The Times of India’s listing of the ‘Most Desirable Man’ from 2010 to 2015, ranking among the top ten each year.
In 2018, he began dating Alia Bhatt, his co-star in Brahmastra (2022). He married her on 14 April 2022 in a private ceremony in their Mumbai house. Alia Bhatt gave birth to their daughter, Raha Kapoor. The couple welcomed their daughter in November 2022.
