According to the report of Moneycontrol, Ranveer Singh has sold his two luxury apartments on Western Express Highway in Mumbai. The combined price of both properties is Rs 15.25 crore, according to the report. This apartment is located on the 43rd floor of Oberoi Exclusive in the Goregaon East area of Mumbai. It is near Oberoi Mall on the express highway.

Deal Reportedly, the flats have 1,324 square feet of space and six parking areas. According to the news website, the actor received a stamp duty of Rs 45.75 lakh for each flat. The deal was finalized on November 6. Ranveer Singh had bought both the apartments in December 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore.

Quadruplex purchased last year for Rs 119 crore

Last year, Ranveer Singh bought a quadruplex in Bandra West for Rs 119 crore. Four flats in this sea-facing building were purchased by Ranveer Singh and his father Jugjit Bhavnani’s firm Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP.
