Remembering Jiah Khan on Her Birth Anniversary !!

If Jiah Khan lived she would have been 36 today. All those this was not her actual name, she was born as Nafisa Rizvi Khan. She changed her name to Jiah before entering the showbiz world. She was born in New York City to Ali Rizvi Khan, who was an Indian American businessman, and Rabiya Amin, who was a Hindi film actress. Jiah Khan also had two younger sisters Kavita and Karishma. Unfortunately, this talented actress killed herself. Today, on her birth anniversary, her fans stirred a storm on the internet by sharing their wishes and love in the form of endless posts.

The diva, Jiah Khan was found dead under suspicious circumstances on June 3, 2013. She died by hanging herself, between 11:00 pm and 11:30 pm at her residence in Juhu, Mumbai. However, On 7 June 2013, a six-page long hand-written suicide note was found at her residence. The note was found by her sister. That was allegedly addressed to Jiah Khan’s boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi.  The note firmly indicates that Jiah planned to end her life by herself. A transcript mentioning a recent abortion was also released by her family.

Jiah Khan first was signed to act in Mukesh Bhatt’s Tumsa Nahin Dekha, but she backed and didn’t do the film. in 2007, Jiah Khan made her debut in Ram Gopal Verma’s romantic thriller named Nishabd. She also appeared with Aamir Khan and Asin in A.R. Murugadoss’s thriller love movie Ghajini. Jiya also did the movie Housefull with the other cast. Jiah also had signed a few movies including Udhas Singh’s Aap Ka Saaya, but the shooting couldn’t be completed. Today on her birth anniversary her fans are posting about her. Her fans are showing and pouring the love that she deserves.

Jiah once said in an interview, “Being so young and coming into the industry with no knowledge of how it worked, I picked an unconventional role as my debut. No regrets. I maintained my distance after Nishabd. I waited for the right opportunity. For Ghajini, I did an audition. It was a long process. And if you consider the fact that I started my career with Mr Bachchan as my hero, I got two generations of remarkably talented co-stars in my first two films.”
