Zareen Khan Granted Interim Bail in Cheating Case on Rs. 30,000 Bond

Actress Zareen Khan was the main accused in a fraud case of 12 lakh rupees. Today, the actress surrendered in Sealdah Court but she was granted conditional bail, she got bailed on a personal bond of 30,000 rupees. She got a temporary relief in a five-year-old financial fraud case.

Bailed, But ‘Veer’ Heroine Restricted from Leaving Country Without Court Permission

Zareen flew from Mumbai to Kolkata today. She was seen in the court with a blue mask covering his face and the actress was wearing a black cap. The actress was seen sitting silently in a corner of the courtroom.

However, the court granted interim bail to the actress till December 26. But She now has travel restrictions. Zareen cannot leave the country without the permission of the Kolkata Police, as per the court’s decision.

Legal Update: Zareen Khan’s Cheating Case and Ongoing Legal Issues

The case started when an arrest warrant was issued a few months ago in the name of Zarin. The accusations were of a cheating complaint case and it was filed in 2018. But the actress was released from it in October. The court today has ordered an arrest warrant in the name of Zareen Khan as she was absent from a previous hearing in this case. 

The real case is, that Zarine Khan was supposed to attend 6 functions of Kalipuja. It is reported that the actress took a fee of 12 lakh rupees from the organizers as an advance. But this actress didn’t come to the event. The organizers filed a complaint against Zarin at Narkeldanga police station. This case is almost 5 years old. The second accused in the case is Zarin’s former manager.

The actress Zareen Khan has been struggling in Bollywood for over ten years. She had a role in Veer alongside Salman Khan, Mithun Chakraborty, Jackie Shroff, and Rishabh Jain. This actress made a cameo in the Ready song Character Dheela.
