During the match between Gujarat Giants and India Capitals in Legends League Cricket, a heated argument was seen between former Indian cricketers S Sreesanth and Gautam Gambhir. During this, both the players could not control themselves and an altercation took place. Seeing the dispute escalating between Gautam Gambhir and Sreesanth, the players and umpires intervened and tried to pacify the players. Meanwhile, while sharing a video on Instagram, fast bowler Sreesanth has accused Gautam Gambhir of saying ‘something very wrong’ to him during the match.
While sharing the video, S Sreesanth said, “I want to clear things about what happened to Mr. Fighter.” One who fights with his teammates for no reason. He does not respect even his senior player Veeru Bhai and this is what happened today. Without any reason, he was saying something to me that was very bad, which Mr. Gautam Gambhir should not have said.
“It’s not my fault here,” he said. I am telling the truth here. Sooner or later you all will know what Mr. Gauti has done. The words he used and said are not acceptable on the cricket field. My family, my state, and everyone have suffered a lot. I have fought with everyone’s support and now people try to humiliate me unnecessarily. What he said should not be said. I’ll tell you all what he said.”
Sreesanth said, “What is the point of representing the people if you cannot respect your fellow players? During the show, when he is asked about Virat, he does not talk about him. He talks about other things. I don’t want to go into too much depth. Just want to say that me and my family are hurt, and the way he said it… I didn’t say a single word, didn’t even abuse. He kept saying what he always does.
