“I’m Done in My Cricket Career”, Virat Kohli Hints To Retire From International Cricket After T20 World Cup 2024 !!

Royal Challengers Bangalore’s star batsman Virat Kohli is looking in amazing form with the bat this season. There are still hopes of RCB reaching the playoffs. Meanwhile, a big statement has come regarding Virat Kohli. In an RCB podcast, Kohli answered many questions related to his career. There have been speculations about Virat’s retirement for many days, about which Virat has also talked in this podcast.

Is Virat thinking about retiring from cricket?

India’s run machine Virat Kohli has talked about his retirement for the first time. He said that he does not want to end his cricket career thinking that something is incomplete. Once my work is done I will leave. Along with this, Kohli said that when he says goodbye to cricket, he will not be seen by anyone for some time.

In the podcast, Kohli said, “as a sportsman, we do have an end date to our career. I’m just working backwards, I can’t keep playing forever. I’m sure I won’t have any regrets left. I’ll give my all till I’m playing, but once I’m done, I’ll be gone, you won’t see me for a while…

He further said, “I don’t want to finish my career with any undone business & regrets later which I’m sure, I won’t – Once I’m done in cricket, I will be gone, you won’t see me for a while. So I want to give it everything I have till the time I play & that keeps me going“.

Let us tell you that 35-year-old Virat Kohli is playing excellent cricket due to his fitness and is also the batsman who has scored the most runs so far in IPL 2024.
