Team India has been announced for the Champions Trophy 2025 and the ODI series against England. On Saturday, captain Rohit Sharma and chief selector Ajit Agarkar announced the names of the players in a press conference in Mumbai. Most of the faces in the 15-member squad are the same who were part of the 50-over World Cup in 2023. Young opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who performed brilliantly in the Test series against Australia, has got a place in the team. At the same time, Shubman Gill has been made the vice-captain.
