Shubman Gill has been given the big responsibility of vice-captain in the T20 and ODI teams. The T20 series will start from July 27, after which ODI matches will be played.

Surya Kumar Yadav has been made the new captain of the T20 team. Surya Kumar Yadav will replace Rohit Sharma. Apart from Surya, Hardik Pandya’s name was running in the race for captaincy, but Surya defeated Hardik Pandya.
Abhishek Sharma and Ruturaj Gaikwad out
Abhishek Sharma and Ruturaj Gaikwad, who performed brilliantly in the T20 series against Zimbabwe, have been discharged. At the same time, Khaleel Ahmed, Washington Sundar, Riyan Parag, and Ravi Bishnoi managed to make a place in the T20 team. Riyan Parag is also a part of the ODI team.
