IND vs SL: India Wins 8th Asia Cup Final Against Sri Lanka, with Siraj Taking 6 Wickets for the First Time

The final of Asia Cup 2023 was played between India vs Sri Lanka (IND vs SL), which Team India won by 10 wickets. Team India has won the Asia Cup title for the eighth time. Batting first, Sri Lanka was limited to 50 runs in 15.2 overs. Team India, which set out to chase this small target, achieved this target in just 6.1 overs. Mohammad Siraj bowled very brilliantly for the team, due to which the team got such an easy victory.

Team India got the target of 51 runs

In the Asia Cup 2023 final match, Sri Lanka had given a target of only 51 runs to India, after which captain Rohit Sharma sent the opening batsman to Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill and did not take the field himself. Mohammad Siraj has taken the most wickets in the Asia Cup 2023 final. He took 4 wickets in one over and after that he took 6 wickets for 21 runs in a total of 7 overs. Apart from this, Hardik Pandya took 3 wickets. Bumrah took only 1 wicket. Whereas the Sri Lankan bowlers yearned to dismiss the Indian batsmen.

Sri Lanka scored 50 runs

In the final match between India vs Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first. But his decision has proved to be completely wrong. Actually, the team could play only 15.2 overs and ended up scoring a total of 50 runs.
