Indian captain Rohit Sharma was in a big shock when his iPhone was stolen. According to reports, Indian captain Rohit Sharma’s iPhone has been stolen in Rajkot. The Indian cricket team captain led the Men in Blue in the final ODI against Australia in Rajkot on Wednesday (September 27). Rohit’s iPhone went missing after the press conference in Rajkot.
The Indian team was having a practice session and right after that, it was discovered that Rohit’s phone had gone missing. The phone was located on the Ring Road before it was closed. Although no complaint has been lodged with the police by Rohit Sharma, the search is on. The local authority along with the Saurashtra Cricket Association tried to trace the phone, but to no avail.
It is said that Rajkot Police is also involved in the search. According to reports from Rajkot, phone theft gangs become active during international matches and other festivals in the area. Spectators and others have complained about him before, but now the Indian captain’s loss of his phone has raised eyebrows among local authorities.
Meanwhile, however, the Indian team has reached Guwahati to play its first practice match before the ICC World Cup 2023. India will face England in the first warm-up match and then take on Netherlands in the second warm-up match. The thing to note here is that Rohit Sharma is often known to forget his things. Earlier, after winning the Asia Cup title, he had forgotten his passport in the hotel room, and once he even forgot his wedding ring.
