Star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has returned to the Test team after 21 months. Pant played the last Test in December 2022 coincidentally against Bangladesh. After that Pant had a car accident and had to stay away from cricket for a long time. He made a comeback to international cricket after 15 months i.e. in June 2024.
