Now the schedule of the remaining matches of the tournament has also been released. A total of 74 matches are to be held in the tournament. This time the final of the IPL will be played in Chennai on 26th May. Two matches of the playoff will be played in Chennai and two in Ahmedabad.
Apart from India, other countries have been hosting the IPL for the last few years. Last year, IPL matches were also played in UAE. But this time the entire IPL 2024 will be held in India only. This was already confirmed by Jai Shah, Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Not only this, it was also told in the report that there would be no break in this tournament.
The final match of IPL 2024 will be played on 26 May at MA Chidambaram Stadium. Qualifier 2 of the tournament will also be held in Chennai. Apart from this, Qualifier-1 and Eliminator matches will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat. In such a situation, if the teams of Chennai and Gujarat get tickets for the playoff, then they will have another golden chance to win the title.
