Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 17-member squad for the five-match T20 series against New Zealand to be played from April 18. Mohammad Aamir and Imad Wasim have been included in this team. Both of them had recently taken a U-turn on their decision to retire from international cricket.
Fast bowler Mohammad Aamir and all-rounder Imad Wasim have been included in Pakistan’s squad for the upcoming T20 series against New Zealand. Along with this, it has also been decided that both the players will play in the 2024 T20 World Cup to be played in June.
Once again Babar Azam has been appointed the captain of the Pakistan team. Babar left the captaincy of the team after the 2023 ODI World Cup. Besides, Usman Khan, who left UAE and joined the Pakistani camp, has also been included in the Pakistan team for the T20 series against New Zealand.
