Mumbai Indians is a franchise cricket team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, which competes in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Established in 2008, the team is owned by India’s largest conglomerate, Reliance Industries. Since its inception, the team has played its home matches at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Mumbai Indians have achieved five IPL titles under the sharp captaincy of Rohit in the years 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. This year the team has changed its captain and the responsibility has been given to Hardik Pandya to lead the team to victory in this year’s IPL.
