After this, on September 10, once again both teams are fully ready to clash with each other. In such a situation, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has given great relief to cricket fans. ACC has announced a reserve day for the Super 4 match between India and Pakistan.
In such a situation, if the game has to be stopped due to rain during the match between India and Pakistan Ind vs Pak, then the match will be restarted on September 11 from the same place where it was stopped. In such a situation, spectators have been advised to keep the match tickets with them, which can be used on the next day. In Super 4, reserve day has been kept only for the India vs Pakistan match.
The ACC said in a statement that “a reserve day has been included for the Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 match between Pakistan and India to be held at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo on 10 September 2023.”
The Asia Cup final, to be played on September 17, has already been given a reserve day in view of heavy rain in the Sri Lankan capital. Due to incessant rains, flood situation has arisen in many places in Sri Lanka.
