Team India to Play in Hong Kong Sixes from January 1st !!

Hong Kong Sixes is going to return after 7 years and it has also been announced that Team India will participate in this tournament. Cricket Hong Kong confirmed this on its social media on Monday, 7 October. This tournament was last played in 2017 when South Africa won. India has won this tournament for the only time in 2005. Star players like Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni have also played in this tournament. Let us tell you, this tournament will be played from 1 to 3 November. The Indian team is yet to be announced.

Cricket Hong Kong wrote in a post on social media, “Team announcement. Team India is gearing up to make a splash in HK6. Get ready for explosive power hitting and a shower of sixes that will thrill the audience. Expect more teams, more sixes, more excitement, and more thrill. HK6 is coming back from 1 to 3 November 2024! Don’t miss it.” The tournament will be played from 1 to 3 November at Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground, in which 12 teams will participate. Hong Kong Cricket Sixes 2024 will be the 20th edition of the tournament and is returning after a gap of seven years.

The matches will be played for three days from 8:30 am to 6 pm. Tickets have also been released for the tournament, which cost $150 on the first day, $250 on the second day, and $350 on the third day. Each ticket costs $580 for all three days.
