However, he expressed his displeasure over the umpire’s decision and was seen arguing for a long time. Virat Kohli had an explosive start against Kolkata. After some time, the third umpire declared it a correct ball and gave Kohli out. However, Virat Kohli and Faf Du Plessis seemed unhappy with the umpire’s decision and were seen continuously arguing with the umpire, the video of which is going viral on social media. However, according to cricket experts, the dismissal given to Virat Kohli is correct as per the rules.
Virat Kohli was standing outside the crease and due to the slower ball, it was going downwards, which made it easier for the umpire to take the decision.
