WPL 2024 Final: The final will be between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals

WPL 2024 Final RCB vs DC: Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) got two finalists in the form of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC). Delhi secured a place in the direct final by being number one in the points table. Whereas, the third-ranked RCB reached the finals by defeating the second-ranked Mumbai Indians in the eliminator. The title match of the tournament will be played on Sunday, March 17.

WPL final match venue and time:

For the grand finale match, both the teams will face each other at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The match will start at 7:30 pm. Regarding the final, the fans are hoping that the work which the RCB men’s team could not do for 16 years, will be done.

That means the fans are hoping that the RCB women’s team wins the title before the men. The title match between RCB and Delhi will be very interesting to watch. On one side, there will be Delhi Capitals who have performed best in the tournament and on the other side, there will be RCB with a big fan base. In the league stage, Delhi had won 6 out of 8 matches, whereas the RCB team could win only 4 out of 8 matches.

What is the record against each other?

RCB’s record against Delhi Capitals this season has not been good at all. In the first league match of the season played between the two, Delhi Capitals won by 25 runs. After this, in the second league match, Delhi almost defeated RCB by 1 run. In such a situation, the challenge of Delhi in the final will not be easy for RCB.

Whereas RCB defeated Mumbai Indians, the defending champions, in the last two matches and opened the doors to the finals for themselves. In such a situation, it will not be so easy for Delhi to defeat RCB.

Either way, the final is going to be legendary.
