Arvind Kejriwal Remanded in ED Custody Until March 28
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s petition will no longer be heard in the Supreme Court today. Delhi CM has withdrawn his petition filed in the Supreme Court against the ED arrest. He has withdrawn his application due to the hearing of the case in the lower court.
On Thursday night, the ED team arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the excise scam. In this case, ED has produced Delhi CM in Rouse Avenue Court on Friday and has sought 10 days’ remand for questioning.
After about 3 hours of debate, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has given its verdict on the ED remand of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. This time Arvind Kejriwal’s Holi will be spent in ED custody. Rouse Avenue Court has sent Arvind Kejriwal on ED remand till March 28.
