A big update has come regarding Atul’s suicide which shook the country. Today, on Saturday, the Bangalore court greatly relieved the three accused, including the accused wife Nikita Singhania. The Bangalore City Civil Court has granted bail to accused Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, and her brother Anurag Singhanias. The court has given this decision after hearing the bail plea filed by the accused.
Atul Subhash was allegedly asked for Rs 3 crore by his in-laws for divorce from Nikita Singhania. It is alleged that Nikita, her mother Nisha, and her brother Anurag Singhania had pressured Atul to give the money. Fed up with this, Atul Singhania committed suicide. Atul Singhania was found dead on 9 December. Before committing suicide, Atul Singhania had left a 90-minute video and a 40-page suicide note accusing his wife Nikita Singhania, and in-laws of harassment.
