Elvish Yadav got bail after 5 days in the snake venom case!!

Elvish Yadav previously was accused of being intoxicated with snake venom making live snakes and organising rave parties in the NCR along with five others. On Sunday afternoon, the famous YouTuber, Elvish Yadav was produced in the Sunday special court of the Remand Magistrate and they sent him to jail for 14 days, according to police.

Elvish Yadav will have to furnish two bail bonds of Rs 50,000!

His lawyer Prashant Rathi has told the reporters, “The court heard the bail application and granted bail in the case. He will have to furnish two bail bonds of Rs 50,000 each which would be submitted in the court. We have initiated legal proceedings. We would apply for provisional acceptance of the bail bonds so that a release order is issued at the earliest. It may be issued tonight or may take a few days, considering court will be closed for the Holi holidays from tomorrow.”

Elvish Yadav’s lawyer Prashant Rathi has also said, “The court has granted bail to him on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each”. On March 17, Elvish Yadav was arrested by the police with five other accused, and all of them were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. Elvish Yadav was sent to 14 days of judicial custody and he was being interrogated by the police.

Nine snakes, including five cobras, and snake venom were recovered during the raids, according to the police. Elvish Yadav’s name came up when the arrested persons were being questioned by police. They revealed that they used to supply snakes to parties organized by the 26-year-old YouTuber. A First Information Report (FIR) was lodged under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and for criminal conspiracy following a complaint by PFA against six people including Yadav. The accusation was, partying at a banquet hall in Sector 51 where snake venom was made available, police said.
