Travel and lifestyle influencer Anvi Kamdar’s life faced a tragic end while Making reels at a picnic spot during monsoon. 27-year-old social media influencer Anvi Kamdar died after falling into a 300-foot-deep gorge. Anvi Kamdar, apart from being a reel star, was also a Chartered Accountant (CA). This accident happened near Kumbhe Falls in Raigarh district near Mumbai.
Anvi was alive despite falling into a 300-foot-deep ditch!
Mangaon police said that social media star Anvi Kamdar had come to visit Kumbhe Waterfall with her seven friends on Tuesday morning. While making the video, Anvi’s foot slipped and she fell into a 300-foot-deep gorge near Kumbhe Falls. As soon as information about Anvi’s fall was received, the team of Mangaon police station reached the spot. The rescue operation started at around 12.30 pm. According to reports, the rescue team reached Anvi within 15 minutes. Initially, the rescue team thought that Anvi was dead.
When the rescue team checked Anvi’s breathing, she was found alive. When called, Anvi was also responding in a low voice. Immediately after this, the rescue team tied Anvi on a stretcher and took her out of the ditch. Anvi had to be lifted by hand for 120 meters. After this, with the help of a rope, she was brought up from a 200 to 250-foot-high rock on a stretcher. Anvi was immediately taken to the government hospital in MangaonTalukk, but she died during treatment. Anvi Kamdar, a resident of Mulund, Mumbai, has 2 lakh 53 thousand followers on Instagram. Her reels used to go very viral on social media.
Earlier, five people had drowned in Bhushi Dam. Meanwhile, a tourist lost his life after jumping into the waterfall at Tamhini Ghat. Due to these accidents, the police and administration have appealed to the people not to go to dangerous places in the rain and not to take selfies.
