Noida Police has now sent the mobile phones of Elvish and his associates Vinay and Ishwar to the Forensic Science Lab in Niwani, Ghaziabad. All three have deleted some data from the mobile phone, which is very important in this case. Apart from chats, he has also deleted many photos and videos. Elvish Yadav is accused of organizing a rave party and injecting snake venom into it. It is believed that once the phone data is recovered, the troubles of all the accused including Elvish may increase.

Last year, an official of the People for Animals (PFA) organization filed a case in the Sector-49 police station, accusing Elvish Yadav and his associates of using snake venom. The member of the organization had conducted a sting operation. In this, nine snakes and 20 ml of snake poison were found with five snake charmers. Everyone was sent to jail.

After this, an audio of the PFA official went viral, in which the main accused Rahul talking to the official of the organization. In this, Rahul is saying that he has attended the parties organized by Elvish. Rahul went to parties with his other snake charmer friends. However, later everyone got bail. After getting enough evidence, the police issued a notice to Elvish Yadav in March and called him again for questioning. After interrogation, he was arrested from Noida and sent to jail. He remained in jail for 5 days. However, he got bail before Holi. After the arrest of Elvish, Noida Police also arrested his associates Vinay and Ishwar after interrogation. Both were later granted bail.

It has also been mentioned in the charge sheet that a party was held in Ishwar’s village, in which apart from Vinay and 5 snake charmers, Elvish also came. Everyone’s mobile location was found to be in Ishwar’s village at that time. Many Elvish relatives also live in Ishwar’s village. There is speculation that the IP address used by Elvish for the virtual number was from China. However, the police have refused to say anything about this. When Elvish had to organize a party and needed snakes and poison, he used to call his partner Vinay from the virtual number.

A charge sheet has been filed by Noida Police against eight accused including YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the case of organizing a rave party and supplying snake venom in it. Police have sent the mobile phones of YouTuber Elvish Yadav, his associate Vinay, and Ishwar to the forensic lab. Many secrets of snake smuggling and rave parties are buried in the mobile phones of the accused. After receiving the report of data recovery, the police will study it. After this, the report will be presented in court.

Contact information of snake charmers in the charge sheet

Noida Police has also mentioned in the charge sheet about extracting venom from snakes in Ishwar’s banquet hall. Statements of 24 witnesses have been attached to the charge sheet. In the charge sheet, Noida Police has stated that Elvish had contacts with the snake charmers who were sent to jail for the poisonous game. The police have also given the basis for the NDPS sections imposed against Elvish.

Police prepared Operation Chakravyuh to nab Elvish. The police team observed the cases registered under the Wildlife Protection Act across the country. A team studied the forensic report from Jaipur. It was confirmed in the report that the snake venom that was found from the snake charmers was of the cobra of the Krait species.
