Neymar’s Newborn and Girlfriend Escape Kidnap Attempt; Parents Taken Hostage!

Brazilian footballer Neymar’s girlfriend, Bruna Biancardi, and their newborn child Mavie escaped a fatal kidnapping attempt by luck. Biancardi and their child were the target of a criminal group. The criminal group tried to break into their apartment in Brazil on Tuesday, November 7. But, neither Biancardi nor Mavie were at home when the incident took place.

They were targeted by armed robbers!

A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with the home invasion in Cotia, greater Sao Paulo. An investigation is underway to locate the two other people engaged in the heist. There were three attackers, including two armed men. When they entered the house, Biancardi’s parents were present. They tied them up and fled with luxurious bags, watches, and jewelry in 25 minutes. After the robbers were gone, the couple informed the authorities about the incident and provided the CCTV footage to track down the attackers through the car they were using.

Bruna and her daughter were not present at the time of the incident. The influencer, Neymar’s girlfriend had been enjoying her daughter Mavie’s first birthday only hours before, with Neymar Jr honoring the event with an Instagram post the same day. Thieves entered the home of  Neymar’s partner and took her parents hostage. Bruna Biancardi, the mother of Neymar’s baby girl, wrote on her verified Instagram account.

“Passing by to reassure friends, family, and those of you who accompany me here. This morning they robbed my house and took my parents hostage. Me, Mavie, and my sister are no longer living there, and we weren’t at the moment. Thank God everything is fine with them. Material things we can win back. The important thing is that everyone is safe and that those involved are being found. Thank you, my God, for taking care of us. Always protect my family from all evil. Amen.” Biancardi wrote on Instagram. Neymar also opened up about the attack on his own Instagram account, without providing any details.
