Putin’s biggest opponent, Alexei Navalny has died in jail!

Alexei Navalny has died in jail! Alexie has been Russia’s most significant opposition leader for the past decade. Alexis Navalny has died at the age of 47. At the time of the death, he was serving a 19 years long sentence at the IK-3 Arctic prison colony.

US officials said “Russia is responsible” for Navalny’s death in custody?

Russia’s prison agency has claimed that he felt unwell after a walk and “almost immediately lost consciousness” and then he died. But Navalny was last seen just a day before his death! At that time, he was looking completely well and he was laughing during a court hearing which was done via video link! At first Alexie was a lawyer, then he rose to the prominence as an anti-corruption hero in the late 2000s. He stood against of Putin’s system of personal rule. He had said that the system was made completely based on sycophancy and corruption!

“It is obvious that he was killed by Putin,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy! “Putin doesn’t care who dies — only for him to hold his position. This is why he must hold onto nothing. Putin must lose everything and be held responsible for his deeds,” he added. It is notable that, Alexie was behind bars since he returned from Germany in January 2021. He was serving on various charges which he had rejected. According to him these were some politically motivated effort to keep him imprisoned for his whole life.

US precident, Biden has said. “Putin is responsible. What has happened to Navalny is more proof of Putin’s brutality.” This charismatic and anti-corruption activist, Alexei Navalny, was jailed following a treatment for a nerve agent poisoning which he had blamed on Putin! In December, he was moved to a relocated jail. This made his to become contactless with his Legal team too. Navalny’s wife Yulia Has said, “If this is true, I want Putin and all of his entourage, Putin’s friends and his government to know they will be held accountable for what they have done to our country, to my family and to my husband. And that day will come very soon.”
