Mumbai’s Worli Police has made a big arrest in the case of threatening superstar Salman Khan. Some time ago, a young man had threatened Salman in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He also demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore. Now that young man has been detained from Jamshedpur.
According to the information received from the police, the person who threatened works as a vegetable seller. He had recently seen the news on TV about Lawrence Bishnoi threatening to kill Salman Khan. After this, he got the idea of demanding ransom. The person sent a threatening message to the WhatsApp number of Mumbai Traffic Police and then switched off his mobile.
The name of the person taken into custody is Sheikh and his age is 24 years. According to the information given by Sheikh to the police, he used to sell vegetables earlier, but at present, he does not do anything. After sending the message, Sheikh had sent an apologizing message. After the threatening message received by Mumbai Traffic Police, the police registered a case against an unknown person and started an investigation.
The police tried to trace the mobile number of the accused. But the number was switched off. Mumbai Police was trying to find out from where the message was sent. They came to know that the message came from Jamshedpur. Investigation was done with the help of local police in Jamshedpur and now the person who sent the message has been taken into custody.
In his threatening message, the person had named Lawrence Bishnoi gang and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore from Salman Khan. The message read, ‘Do not take it lightly. If Salman Khan wants to stay alive and wants to end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, then he will have to pay Rs 5 crore. If the money is not given, then Salman Khan’s condition will be worse than Baba Siddiqui’s.’ Mumbai Police took this message very seriously and started investigating the matter. After giving the threat, the person apologized. The person who sent the message said that he sent this message by mistake and he apologized for it.
It is known that due to the threat from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and the death of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, Salman Khan’s security has been tightened even more. The actor has been given Y plus security. But despite the threat to his life, Salman is fulfilling his work commitments. Salman Khan recently shot Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss 18.
