Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty has gotten a big relief from the Supreme Court. The lookout circular issued by the CBI will now remain canceled. The Supreme Court has upheld the Bombay High Court decision. The court has also given relief to Rhea’s brother and her father. The Supreme Court has upheld the order of the Bombay High Court in the case of the CBI’s lookout circular against Rhea Chakraborty and her brother and father.
According to the information, in February, the Bombay High Court canceled the CBI’s lookout circular on the petition of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother and father. The CBI challenged the High Court’s order in the Supreme Court. Today, the Supreme Court dismissed the CBI’s appeal, which gave great relief to Rhea and her family.
Lookout circulars were issued against Rhea, her brother, her father, and her mother in August 2020. Sushant Singh Rajput’s family filed a case in Patna, Bihar demanding an investigation into his death. The case was later transferred to the CBI. The CBI had issued a look-out circular against Rhea Chakraborty and family members in the case of the death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput. On this, Rhea’s family had reached the High Court. On Rhea’s petition, the High Court canceled the lookout circular.
