But amid pressure from Democratic leaders, President Joe Biden on Sunday announced that he will not contest the presidential elections for the second consecutive time.
Announcing his withdrawal from the election race, President Biden said in his statement, “I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country that I step down and spend the remainder of my term solely performing my duties as President.” Let me concentrate.”

Amid growing demand in the Democratic Party for his exit from the election race, President Joe Biden said on Saturday that he will contest the presidential election and will start his campaign again from next week.
Biden has now withdrawn from the presidential race and has supported the candidature of Vice President Kamala Harris. This decision of 81 year old President Biden has come just 4 months before the US elections. Elections are to be held in America on November 5 where the new President will be elected. President Biden thanked his Vice President Kamala Harris, saying that she has been an “extraordinary partner”.
