These days, there is a trend of re-releasing films in Bollywood. There are some films which touch the hearts of the fans and leave their mark forever, due to which they are included among the great films of Bollywood. In the last few months, many such cult films have been re-released on screen after years. These include names like ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, ‘Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein’ and ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’.Now the name of ‘Veera Zara’ made under the direction of Yash Chopra is also going to be included in this list of re-released films.
‘Veer Zara’ back on the big screen!
Bollywood’s classic and iconic love story ‘Veer Zara’ is once again getting a chance to be seen on the big screen. Seeing this film of the king of romance, Shahrukh Khan, which was released 20 years ago, his fans were as happy as they were, and their eyes also became moist.Preity Zinta was seen opposite Shahrukh in the film. Manoj Bajpayee was seen in a supporting role in this film. He played the character of Preity Zinta’s future husband Raza. Apart from this, Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini and Rani Mukherjee were also in special roles in the film. Now this film is going to hit the theaters once again on 13th September.
One after one blockbuster re release!
A latest report from ‘Bollywood Hungama’ reveals the line-up of September re-release films and it is full of excitement. First on their list are Shahrukh Khan’s films ‘Pardes’ (1997) and ‘Veer-Zaara’ (2004) which are ready to make their place in our hearts. BH’s source said, ‘Veer-Zaara will release on September 13. There will be selected shows every day in its theaters and the shows will be increased based on demand. Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya bacchan’s masterpiece ‘Taal’ to be re released on September 20. Not only that , there is news that ‘Tezaab’ is also expected to be back in theaters.
