Chaos in Lucknow: Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff Draw Unruly Crowd, Stones Thrown, Police Intervene with Lathi Charges

Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff had come to the clock tower in the capital Lucknow for the promotion of the film ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’. The crowd went out of control during the film promotion near Ghantaghar in Hussainabad on Monday. The jostling started to get a glimpse of the film stars. A stampede broke out as the police resorted to lathi charges to control the situation. The angry crowd started throwing shoes and slippers on the stage. However, the police and bouncers took control of the situation and the program continued.

Chaos broke out in the promotion of  ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’

A crowd of thousands started gathering from noon itself to get a glimpse of the favorite film stars. The crowd started going out of control after seeing the film stars who arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time. In such a situation, the police lathi charged. During the stampede, people fell on each other. This provoked anger and people started throwing shoes and slippers towards the stars present on the stage. However, the bouncers and policemen somehow handled the situation. The special thing was that the program continued despite the chaos.

The crowd started going out of control to see their favorite actors present on the stage. During this time people started trying to break the barricades. Despite the police’s explanation, people did not agree. The police chased away the crowd trying to reach the stage with batons. However, within some time the situation became like before. In such a situation, there were several altercations between the police and the crowd during the entire program. During the uproar, DM Suryapal Gangwar was also present on the stage along with the actors.
