Elvish Yadav Detained by Rajasthan Police, Released After Talks with Noida Police

The big news is coming out regarding the Bigg Boss OTT winner accused Elvish Yadav in the snake and snake poison case. According to the information, Elvish was detained in Kota, Rajasthan. However, after interrogation the police released him. It is being told that given the elections in the state, the police had imposed a blockade in Kota. Elvish was also passing through here during this time. Seeing the blockade, he started running away, after which the Suket police of the Kota district took him into custody. After taking Elvish into custody, Kota police talked to Noida police of Uttar Pradesh. During this period, the Noida Police did not give any satisfactory answer. After which Kota police released him.

Five accused have already been arrested in the case

According to the FIR of Noida Police, Elvish Yadav used to organize rave parties. Foreign girls were also invited to this. Police said that a case has been registered against 6 named persons including Elvish Yadav and others in this case. Five accused were arrested from the spot and the police also recovered 9 poisonous snakes from the possession of the accused. FIR in this case has been registered in Sector 49 police station of Noida. Police said that in this case, based on the complaint of the plaintiff (PFA-Animal Welfare Officer), Police Station Sector-49 has registered a case against 6 persons including Elvish Yadav for having a party in the banquet hall located in Noida Sector-51, and providing snake poison. Registering an FIR in this regard, 5 accused have been arrested from the banquet hall.

Elvish Yadav is a grade-1 criminal – Maneka Gandhi

Earlier on Friday, BJP MP and director of PFA NGO Maneka Gandhi had said that Elvish Yadav is a grade-1 criminal – that is, he should be jailed for seven years. He said that the PFA laid a trap and caught these people. They use endangered species of snakes in their videos. Later we came to know that he sells snake venom in Noida and Gurugram. Maneka Gandhi said that the species of cobra and python snakes are very rare in the country and these people extract their poison, which leads to the death of these snakes.
