‘I am alive’, troubled by the rumor of death, Shreyas Talpade issued a statement, said,’ jokes can harm as well’!

Recently, a shocking news was being heard about Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade. There were rumors on the internet that the actor, who suffered a heart attack in December, had passed away.

Shreyas has dismissed his demise rumor

Shreyas has now reacted to this false news. Shreyas has shared a long post saying that he is alive and the news floating about his death is wrong. Seeing a fake post going viral on social media regarding Shreyas Talpade, the actor has clarified everything.Expressing disappointment over the wrong news, the actor said that although humor is important, its misuse can be dangerous.He said that what started as a joke is now giving unnecessary stress and tension to his family.

Shreyas wrote in his post-

“I want to assure everyone that I am alive, happy and healthy. I’ve become aware of a viral post claiming my demise. While I understand that humor has it’s place, when it’s misused, it can cause real harm. What may have started as a joke by someone, is now creating unnecessary worry and playing with the emotions of those who care about me, especially my family”.

He further wrote about how his school going daughter has become worried about his health and wellbeing and keeps checking up on him because of this rumor and it is disrupting their mental health.

Shreyas went through a heart attack last year

Let us tell you that in December 2023, Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack and had to be admitted to the hospital. Regarding this, the actor had said that his survival was no less than a miracle. Talking about the actor’s work front, he is going to be seen in the multi-starrer comedy film ‘Welcome to Jungle’ with Akshay Kumar. This film is going to be released in December this year itself.
