YouTuber Elvish Yadav Arrested by ED, to Appear in Court on September 5 in Cobra Case

ED will question famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav on September 5 in the Cobra scandal case. On Monday, Elvish Yadav was called for questioning at the ED Lucknow office. But, he expressed his inability to come to record his statement and asked for three days. Regarding this, ED has given Elvish Yadav time till September 5.

ED wants to question YouTuber Elvish Yadav again in the case of supplying snake venom at the rave party. For this, Elvish Yadav was called for questioning at the ED Lucknow office on Monday. Today, Elvish Yadav expressed his inability to come to record his statement and asked for three days.

Now Elvish Yadav will appear before ED for questioning on September 5. Earlier, ED questioned three people including Haryana’s famous singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria, close to Elvish.

Elvish accused of using snake venom at parties

Let us tell you that the snake charmers were arrested from a banquet hall in Noida on November 3 last year. Nine snakes including five cobras were found in their possession, while 20 ml of snake venom was also seized. However, the police had said that Elvish Yadav was not in the banquet hall and Elvish’s role is being investigated. In April, Noida Police filed a charge sheet of more than 1200 pages. The police had said that these charges included smuggling of snakes, use of narcotics, and organizing rave parties.
