Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol starred in ANIMAL released yesterday, December 1St. The movie is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 61 crore net only in India!!

Ranbir Kapoor-starrer has surpassed the opening day collection of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan. Pathaan earned Rs 57 crore, Animal has made Rs 61 crore!! As per trade analyst Ramesh Bala, the film’s global gross collection on its opening day is between Rs 110-115 crore. He also tweeted that the film has made $2.5 million in North America on opening day!!
The film had 1318 shows in the Delhi region and the occupancy rate was over 79%. In Mumbai, Animal had 1040 shows and the occupancy rate was over 55%. In Telugu, the film had 316 shows in Hyderabad and the occupancy was over 82%. In Chennai, the Tamil version of the film had 88 shows and saw an occupancy of only 30%.
Animal Has Registered as The 3rd Best Opening Among Hindi Films In Hindi This Year!!
Animal is a gangster drama starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. The Central Board of Film Certification gave it an “A” rating, which means it’s for ages 18 and up. The movie has a runtime of 3 hours and 21 minutes, making it one of the longest Indian films ever.
The dubbed collections are also the highest ever for a Hindi film!! As per the last report, it was at over Rs 10 crores net. The animal has managed the collections despite being A-rated and despite being 3 hours and 22 minutes long.
The animal is the story of sa on, who undergoes a remarkable transformation as the bond with his father begins to fracture. He becomes consumed by a quest for vengeance! The son’s role is played by Ranbir Kapoor and the father’s role is played by Anil Kapoor!
