The famous fitness influencer Ankit Baiyanpuria joined Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Shramdaan for cleanliness program of the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign on Sunday.
Who is Ankit Baiyanpuria and what is the 75 Days Hard Challenge?
Ankit Baiyanpuria is a former Indian wrestler. He gained recognition as a fitness influencer by promoting traditional and indigenous workout techniques. During his research on fitness and exercise, he discovered Andy Frisella’s ’75-days Hard Challenge’, and that changed his life. The 75-day Hard Challenge is made up of six ‘non-negotiable rules’ that have to be completed for 75 days straight. Those rules are:
- Stick to a diet, any diet.
- No alcohol or no cheat meals are allowed.
- Complete two 45-minute workouts per day and one of them has to be outside, despite the weather.
- Drink 4.5 liters of water each day
- Take a daily progress photo.
- Read 10 pages of inspirational non-fiction each day.
Ankit Baiyanpuria got new fame when he launched the demanding 75 ‘Hard Challenge’ on Instagram to enhance his life, mental health, and self-discipline. In June, his YouTube channel reached 1,00,000 subscribers which earned him a silver play button from YouTube. Now, his official YouTube channel has a following of over 980K followers. Baiyanpuria’s journey from a food delivery executive to being one of the most popular fitness influencers in India inspires every citizen.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined Ankit Baiyanpuria for a cleanliness drive, ‘Shramdaan for cleanliness. During this collaboration, Modi asked him about his ‘75-day challenge’, This unique challenge became a topic of discussion as Modi and Baiyanpuria engaged in a simultaneous interaction while participating in the cleanliness drive.
PM Modi also shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) to share his experience with Baiyanpuriya and said, “Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we blended fitness and well-being into the mix. It is all about that Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe!”
Baiyanpuria said about his meeting with Modi, “I felt great after meeting him (PM Modi). I wanted to meet him for a long time. A few days back I messaged PMO that I wanted to meet PM Modi. They called me back. At first, I wasn’t able to believe it… This morning I met him and for 30-40 minutes we performed ‘Shramdaan’ together… He asked me about my workout and diet”.
