Ayodhya’s Lord Ram Idol Photos Leaked Ahead of Inauguration

The idol lord Ram of ‘Ram Lalla’ was made by the artist Arun Yogiraj. He is a world-famous sculptor, who originated from Karnataka. The idol of Lord Ram is 51 inches tall and weighs 1.5 tonnes. According to the news the idol portrays Lord Ram as a five-year-old child who is standing on a lotus, that Lotus is also crafted from the same stone. Before the inauguration ceremony, the idol has been placed at its place. Within 72 hours, Pran pratishtha ceremony will be done. From today the ceremonies have started.

Today’s rituals of “Aranimanthan” started in the morning hours!

Before the Pran pratishtha is done, there are many other Rituals. All those sacred rituals before the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, are going on with all traditional fervor in the temple town. Today it started with the lighting of the ‘Jyoti’, today’s ritual were “Aranimanthan” and it began in the morning. The pandits had prepared Nine kinds of different shapes, apart from the main “Yagya Shala”. These ‘Dundas’ will also be lit today for a “Kunda puja”. All other rituals will also be performed today. The other rituals are “Aushadhadhivas, Kesaradhivas, Ghritadhivas” and many more.

The idol of Lord Ram was placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the temple before the ceremony started. The first photo of the idol was revealed during the placement ceremony in the sanctum sanctorum, although the idol was covered with a veil. Now the cover has been removed from all places but his Shri Mukh. The full unveiling of the idol will be done on the occasion of Pran Pratishtha.
