Bollywood Stars Allegedly Offered Controversial Deals with Producers !!

People who want to be a celebrity in Bollywood have to go through a lot. Being a good actor or good looks are not the only thing. From here the phrase, casting couch has been involved. Casting couch means demanding sexual favors from struggling actors, in return they get good roles or get selected for a movie. Today we will discuss some of these actors and actresses, who have opened up about, the casting couch and the dark side of Bollywood.

Sunny Leone:

Sunny Leone used to be an adult movie star. Her entering into Bollywood was very tough. She had to go through a lot of faces to gain the place where she is now. Our narrow-minded society thought she had worked in adult movies so she wouldn’t refuse the casting couch. In an interview, Sunny opened up about her struggle and all the darkness of Bollywood. She said that she turned down the offer to sleep with that producer.

Ranveer Singh:

Yes, not only the female actors, but some male actors also had to go through this. Ranveer Singh is one of the most bold and open actors who had the guts to open up about the dark side of the industry. In an interview, Ranveer said “Casting couch is a very real thing. I have experienced it first-hand, When I said ‘no’ to his demands, he cried like a jilted lover. Later, I got to know that he does it to everyone.”

Kangana Ranaut:

Bollywood Queen Kangana is known for her bold and aggressive nature. She doesn’t get scared to tell the truth. Kangana also opens up about the casting couch. She said, “Fortunately, I never had to go through the casting couch. Honestly, I feel somebody has to be dumb to think that they’d get a role for sleeping around. And I have never been so dumb — not even at the age of 17 when I started my career. People should use their common sense. It’s stupid if you believe someone who tells you that he or she is giving you a role only if you please him or her. If the casting couch route was so easy, then all the women from the red light area would have been superstars today.”

Aayushman Khurana:

One of the best actors Ayushman Khurana is also a singer. Before entering Bollywood he used to be a radio jockey. Recently in an interview, Ayushman has opened up about the casting couch. He has said that during his struggling days, some of the casting directors asked him to deliver sexual favors for roles but he just simply refused them. Khurana also said to the media that the casting couch is the harsh reality of this tinsel town.

Surveen Chawla:

Surprise got famous from the movie Hate Story 2. This actress Miss Surveen Chawla, recently revealed that she was a victim of the casting couch. The actress said that she had experienced it in the South Indian film industry.
