A shocking incident took place in Thane, adjacent to Mumbai. According to the reports, the boyfriend, who is a Maharashtra bureaucrat’s son, assaulted his social media influencer girlfriend. After this, he tried to cut his wrist. Not only this, but he tried to injure his girlfriend by hitting her with his Range Rover Defender. And he successfully did that. But the story is different from both sides.

Priya Singh, a popular Instagram influencer, has alleged a case against her boyfriend. She is accusing that her boyfriend has raped her and tried to crash her with a car. Priya, that influencer has also posted pictures of the incident on Instagram, and she has appealed for justice. Priya Singh’s allegations are, Ashwajit Gaikwad, who is a resident of Ovala Ghod Bunder Road Thane, has raped her and tried to kill her by hitting her with the car.
Because of this, she suffered serious injuries on his face and other parts of his body. Priya also shared some pictures of herself being admitted to the hospital. Priya also said that the police are not taking any action because of the influence of her boyfriend’s father. The victim, the Instagram influencer, Priya has tagged Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Smriti Irani, Aditya Thackeray, and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi in her Instagram post.
He tried to cut her wrists. He later crushed and injured her with his Range Rover Defender car. According to Priya Singh, accused Ashwajeet Singh is the son of Anil Gaikwad. Anil Gaikwad is the director of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. Priya Singh was in a serious romantic relationship with Ashwajeet. But according to her, Ashwajeet raped her on the advice of his friends. Then he tried to kill her by crashing.
The victim has many injuries, and right now she is admitted to a hospital. However, at last, a criminal case was registered on December 11. The case was registered against Ashwajit Gaikwad, Romil Patil, and Sagar Shelke under IPC sections 323 for causing hurt, 279 for rash driving, 338 for act endangering life, 504 for breach of the peace, and 34 for common intention.
