Enforcement Directorate Notice Sent to Shahrukh and Gauri Khan !!

According to the latest reports, Shahrukh Khan’s loving wife, Mrs Gauri Khan has now received a notice from ED. The notice is in connection with a confirmed allegations against her, of embezzling Rs 30 crore! But are these true or just some false accusations?

Some Reports are Claiming that Gauri Khan didn’t Receive any ED Notice!

On 19 December, some media reports claimed that they got news about the notice that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had sent to film producer and interior designer Gauri Khan. According to those reports, this report was in connection with a real estate firm allegedly accusing Mrs, Khan of embezzling Rs 30 crore. Although, some are saying that the claims are not true.

Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador of Lucknow-based real estate firm Tulsiani Group. Now, the company has been accused of duping a huge sum of money, that is Rs 30 crore, from various investors and banks. It was reported that the Khan’s dealings with the real estate company will be investigated.

Things started when Mr. Shah didn’t get his flat delivered in 2015!

Things started when Jaswant Shah purchased a flat for Rs 85 lakh in 2015, but the company neither delivered the flat nor did they refund the money. Shah filed a complaint against the directors  Anil Kumar Tulsiani, and Mand ahesh Tulsiani, as well as brand ambassador Gauri. In the complaint, Shah alleged, “I visited the company’s office in Sushant Golf City the same year and met its directors and agreed to buy a flat worth Rs 86 lakh. I was assured that I would get the flat’s possession in 2016. But since then a lot of time has elapsed and I have not got the flat. Later, I found out that the agreement of the flat booked by me had been transferred by the company to somebody else.”

But a source close to Gauri is saying the opposite. “Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador of Lucknow-based real estate company Tulsiani Group. While the firm has been accused of duping Rs 30 crore from investors and banks, reports of Gauri getting ED notice are all false. The reports state that Tulsiani Group is accused of causing a financial loss of around Rs 30 crore to investors and banks. However, Gauri is not at all related to any such case. The ED officials will investigate various aspects,” has been confirmed by a close source of Gauri Khan.
