ISRO Chairman S Somnath went to meet Governor CV Anand Bose Went to meet at Raj Bhavan in West Bengal on Wednesday. In the meeting, ISRO Chairman and the Governor discussed the success of Chandrayaan 3. The Governor jokingly said that if one day any Governor gets a chance to go to space, then he should be the first one to be given the chance!!
The governor requests ISRO that he wants to go to space.
ISRO Chairman attended the Global Emergency Parliament meeting at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday. He said that India wants to send people to space and bring them back. Plans are underway for that. The Chairman of ISRO said that the search is on for the origin of the moon. Learning from the failure of Chandrayaan 2 is heard somewhere in the successful Chandrayaan 3. At that time Governor CV Anand Bose was practically amused.
The chairman clearly said that the scientists learned from Chandrayaan 2. “There was no doubt about Chandrayaan 3. Where there is water on the moon, was known only after the Chandrayaan 1 mission. Chandrayaan 2 was sent to another target. However, it was not fulfilled. Chandrayaan 3 was sent to find them. Chandrayaan 3 was sent to search for minerals. Chandrayaan 3 had a different mission than Chandrayaan 1”, he said.
India is going to step on the moon soon?
The chairman of ISRO also said that the work of Gaganyan is going on in full swing. The Gaganyaan Mission is a project by the ISRO to demonstrate India’s ability to send humans into space. The mission is scheduled to launch in 2024.
Work is also completed on sound speed. The chairman of ISRO said that there will be another flight for Gaganyan in 2024. ISRO has several other assignments for the moon. Several new expeditions to the moon are planned, with robotic missions underway. Chairman said that an Indian will step on the moon by 2040. This is ISRO’s goal now. He said that he has spoken to the Prime Minister about that too.
This time India’s target is Venus!!
ISRO is preparing to send it anywhere. The chairman said, “We are getting ready for Friday. The government’s permission will be taken soon.” Preparations for transiting Venus are in full swing. After Mars, the Indian Space Research Organization’s spacecraft will make one more visit to the alien planet. Scientists have always been very curious about Venus.
Venus’s atmosphere is 100 times denser than Earth’s. All over the planet is a layer of acid. It is feared that the way the pollution is increasing, the world may become like this shortly So observing Venus properly will give a better understanding of the matter. ISRO requested to send proposals to various universities, space research organizations, and researchers all over the world about what kind of experiments can be carried out to reach Venus.
